Our involvement in a deal takes many forms, depending on the stage and opportunity, including three difference but related areas: (i) Assessment and Evaluation; (II) Venture Consulting in the form of strategic planning and implementation; and (III) Portfolio Companies in which we provide funding in either an active or passive capacity. This approach allows TAN to directly increase revenue and meet strategic goals while maximizing and protecting IP assets.
